Step 1: Wash your face and apply a generous layer of yourfavorite serum, ampoule, or sheet mask.

Step 2: Turn on the device by holding the power button for 2 seconds.

Step 3: Quick-press the button to select your intensity level (Start at Level 1). Double-press quickly to switch between Red or Blue LED modes.

Step 4: Place the head flat against your skin and move continuously in small circular motions from the center of your face outward. Do not hold it still in one spot.

Step 5: Glide the device for 5 to 10 minutes until your skincare is completely absorbed. Use 1–2 times daily.

Caution: Avoid using directly on the eyelids, around the immediate eye sockets, or over the Adam’s apple. Remove metal jewelry before starting.
